In the spec file, please change

%if 0%{?fedora} >= 9

to

%if 0%{?fedora} >= 9 || 0%{?rhel} >= 6

fixed in rawhide (file-5.03-13.fc13)

to get into RHEL6, this also needs to be fixed in F12...
