Description of problem: When I debug the agent and augeas is starting. Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs. keyword: new = Tracking + FutureFeature + SubBug

QA Verified, this seems to be fixed now. I am not seeing the agent crashing and burning whenever augeas is hit.
