Similar to bug #520095 , we'll need an update to PyQwt again for newer sip stack. This update is required mostly to address a licensing problem found in the sip-4.8.x series. Anyway, updates were recently pushed to updates-testing for F-10, F-11, F-12, and newer sip/PyQt4 are currently in the buildroots. I can do the PyQwt rebuilds if you want, but was wary, as I noticed some slight spec differences between devel/ and previous branches. How best do you want to proceed?
I've worked to simplify the related dependencies to sip, and introduced some new sip-related rpm macros to track it's api. Just add: %{?_sip_api:Requires: sip-api(%{_sip_api_major}) >= %{_sip_api}} to the .spec. I've done this in devel/ already.
Thanks for the heads up about the updated sip and PyQt4. Yes, there are some differences in the .spec files, but mostly in the %changelog section. Anyway, I've updated the .spec files with the line you provided in the previous comment and issued new builds for PyQwt in F-10, F-11 and F-12. I've tested the package on F-12 and it seems to work fine. Should I issue a new update ticket or will you combine it with the updates of sip and PyQt4?
