Description of problem:

The create new content provider page does not get refreshed if the create has the error the first time and you try to go to create new from content->content provider->create new-> RHN Hosted source
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Administration->Content->Content Provider->Create New-> RHN Hosted Source
2.Enter Values for all the require fields
3.Enter invalid location (htp:)
5. Click save
6. See the error.
7. Now repeat Administration->Content->Content Provider->Create New-> RHN Hosted Source
8. See that the page loads up with previously entered values
  
Actual results:

The create new content provider page does not get refreshed if the create has the error the first time.
Expected results:
Page should refresh each time you come back to the create new page from the menu

Added request parameter to key off of for new content provider creation. This prevents the form from autopopulating previous values from a failed provider create in the event they navigated away from the page instead of cancelling the second attempt at the provider create.
