Click save 6. See the error. 7. Now repeat Administration->Content->Content Provider->Create New-> RHN Hosted Source 8. See that the page loads up with previously entered values Actual results: The create new content provider page does not get refreshed if the create has the error the first time. This prevents the form from autopopulating previous values from a failed provider create in the event they navigated away from the page instead of cancelling the second attempt at the provider create.
