Description of problem:
Can't escape black screen after Exiting installer following disk space shortage in /boot. 

How reproducible:
Easily, Every time (tried twice at least)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run preupgrade, reboot.
2.Installer gets to a screen reporting insufficient space - need 16 M on /mnt/sysimage/boot.
3.Click Exit Installer
  
Actual results:
Black screen with movable mouse cursor. Seems you have to kill the power.

Expected results:
Automatically reboot machine or Offer to reboot machine
