Description of problem: After fresh installation of Fedora 12 I tried to list directory tree in my home directory. Cursor becomes "busy" and Nautilus isn't listing tree. Tried console: did "ls -l" - worked, did "ls -al": root@x300 [/home/tomek] $ ls -al (...) -rw-r--r--. 1 tomek tomek 133 11-21 11:25 .gtk-bookmarks d?????????? ? ? ? ? ? .gvfs -rw-------. 1 tomek tomek 6 11-21 10:39 .history (...) I can't remove it even as root, "ls -al" as user tomek "hangs". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 12 x86_64, fresh install Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install F12 x86_64 2. Open Nautilus OR 3. Do "ls -al" in your home directory. Actual results: Nautilus is not listing directory tree with "busy" cursor, "ls -al" "hangs". I am sorry for closing this bug, I was notified on IRC by someone that this appears to be a duplicate, mistakenly assuming that the person on IRC was this bug's owner ( and not noticing that it was already assigned ). Sorry about that :S
