Important part of the backtrace is this:

  File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/miro/plat/screensaver.py", line 85, in disable
    self.timer = gobject.timer_add(1000, self.deactivate)
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'timer_add'

When using the xscreensaver, trying to make Miro go fullscreen would kick up an error preventing Miro from going fullscreen.

This is fixed in 2.5.3.  Upstream bug is at http://bugzilla.pculture.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12045 .

Miro-2.5.4-1.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
