The Session Ticket option causes Java servers to hang when negotiating TLS connections.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to connect to a java server (such as Openfire) with openssl:
openssl s_client -connect phantom.dragonsdawn.net:5223

Should be fixed in the current release.
