Description of problem:
Navigation issues.  Focus not on correct tab when navigating on the webui.  Here is a list of some sample pages with the issue:

How reproducible:
Always.  This was also an issue in webdev2 in sprint 30. Rally US20 and DE24.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Systems Details page (https://rhn.qa.redhat.com/rhn/systems/details/Overview.do?sid=1015888513)
2. Click on Software

  
Actual results:
The page is displayed properly.
The navigation focus is still on Details Overview

Expected results:
The page is displayed properly.
The navigation focus should be on Software

Reopening bug.  Fix failed on prod2


You'll need to add the following /etc/hosts entries to ensure that SSL
and redirect requests work appropriatly.
