Would it be possible to give a short description of what you did when this crash occured?
Hi, i am new here & I don't know how to add a description, so I am answering you here. I had just installed Exaile & double clicked on it to start it. For a brief moment, a splash screen of Exaile is displayed then it disappeared without opening the application or showing any error message. Only there is an error icon displayed in the system tray. By the way, I am running a Fedora 12 KDE spin. Hope this helps.
Could you check if and which gstreamer packages are installed? And, if not, if installing gstreamer solves the problem?
