The compilation of GROMACS fails with + . /etc/profile.d/modules.sh ++++ /bin/ps -p 14065 -ocomm= /etc/profile.d/modules.sh: line 1: /bin/ps: No such file or directory +++ /bin/basename /bin/basename: missing operand Try `/bin/basename --help' for more information. ++ shell= RPM build errors: error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.mqqHf2 (%build) Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.mqqHf2 (%build) when the openmpi module is loaded with %{_openmpi_load}. As /etc/profile.d/modules.sh is shipped by environment-modules and it obviously needs ps to work, please add Requires: procps in environment-modules.
Oops, fixed in 3.2.7b-6.fc13.
Reopening. Please push the update also on F-12 and any other distros affected by this ASAP. It's a bit awkward not being able to build any environment-module dependent packages.
