This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

QA verified this bug on 2.6.9-93:

1. In guest, 
#ps -ef | grep xenfb

2. In domain0,

save and restore the guest.

3. In guest,
# ps -ef | grep xenfb

Only one xenfb thread at both step 1 and step 3.

Change the bug to VERIFIED.
