abrt 1.0.0 detected a crash.

How to reproduce
-----
1. Add the keyboard indicator applet to a GNOME panel
2. Select a particular keyboard layout, say, "USA - With EuroSign on 5", as a default
3. Log off from a GNOME graphical session.
4. Remove the "USA - With EuroSign on 5" keyboard configuration from /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/us
5. Log back into a GNOME graphical session
6. gnome-applets crashes
