Migrate upstart jobs to 0.6

Description of problem:

When doing the initial swwp of upstart-using pacakges, I missed this one.

Here's a patch, I can apply and build if you like

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

readahead-1.5.4-1

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 13 development cycle.
Changing version to '13'.
