Could you please provide some more instructions how to reproduce this bug? Including the type of a mailbox, its structure etc...

Comment 4 Daniel Krawchuk 2009-12-20 21:16:09 UTC
It was a maildir type mailbox. The path was ~/Maildir/.somefolder. I have since gone back to F11 for other reasons, but I tried it there and got the same segfault. Here are the commands:
$ mailx
& folder ~/Maildir/.somefolder
Held 77 messages in /home/dkrawchuk/Maildir
*** glibc detected *** mailx: double free or corruption (!prev): 0x091e0338 ***
Segmentation fault

If I switch folders with the command: folder +.somefolder it works fine.

Hello,
I try to reproduce this problem but I was unsuccessful
please can you put here the recursive ls to your Maildir folder (ls -R).
Do you see this problem with arbitrary ".somefolder" file?
Please do you have some special configuration (~/.mailrc, /etc/mail.rc files)?

Comment 6 Ivana Varekova 2010-10-29 12:34:00 UTC
Sorry, I still can't reproduce this problem. Closing (insufficient data).
