were you using a cscope database that was built on a different machine by any chance when this happenend?
Not a different machine, don't think. Although it's possible that it was built when the system was 32 bit. But, it's been blown away since. The crash occured actually only once... But there is no output with -L, running as a subprocess, or from the command line. If it's fired up from the cl as just 'cscope', it works ok.
Sorry, I've figured out what this bug is. I'll commit the fix as soon as the cvs server is back online. Sorry for the trouble.
