Description of Problem:
rpm --rebuilddb fails with a segfault even after upgrading to rpm 4.0.3
which had to be installed via rpm2cpio.

Gnorpm and kpackage are, likewise, broken.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpm-4.0.3-1.03.i386.rpm

How Reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.	rpm --rebuilddb (as root)

Actual Results:
[root@bfeitell /root]# rpm --rebuilddb
error: rpmdb: damaged header instance #200 retrieved, skipping.
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

A pointer (i.e. URL, attachments won't work) to a copy of your database
please
	cd /var/lib
	tar czf /tmp/rpmdb-54729.tar.gz rpm
