Description of problem: There should be an "Interface" tab in the gnome-appearance-properties configuration screen, in which the user can select some advanced interface options. This tab is referenced in the Fedora doc, such as here: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/release-notes/f12/en-US/html/sect-Release_Notes-Changes_in_Fedora_for_Desktop_Users.html How reproducible: Everytime. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to System -> Preferences -> Appearance 2. Wait for gnome-appearance-properties to open. Actual results: No interface tab. Expected results: There should be an interface tab.
Those docs are incorrect then. We have removed the interface tab in Fedora 12 and it has also been removed upstream.
So there is no GUI to set those preferences anymore? Anti-aliasing, icons in menus, etc.?
My mistake, anti-aliasing is still there (under the Fonts tab, as always). Still, the configuration for showing icons in menus, to enable editable shortcut keys, and choosing how icons appear in the toolbars is gone.
