Added correct requires to policycoreutils-2.0.78-6

yum install setools-libs-python

Should fix your problem.

Comment 3 Devon Janitz 2009-12-31 03:30:28 UTC
I have installed the tools as indicated. I tried to recreate the error and could not, so the problem seems corrected.
Thanks, Devon

The bodhi update is here:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F12/FEDORA-2010-0025

is there any reason that this bug wasn't added to the bodhi update? Without it there are no notifications on this bug to let users know to test it, and hence less valuable feedback on the bodhi update, and the bug doesn't go through the proper ON_QA -> CLOSED cycle.

Comment 5 Daniel Walsh 2010-01-08 14:48:41 UTC
Nope, I just released the package so I am going to close as released.

Comment 6 Walter 2010-01-15 14:14:18 UTC
I just tried to update and yum indicated that there was nothing to do as setools-libs-python was at the current release level, but I got this error on 10 January.

Comment 7 Daniel Walsh 2010-01-15 14:19:02 UTC
rpm -q policycoreutils

Comment 9 Jeff Raber 2010-02-06 03:21:00 UTC
yum says that I have all the latest and greatest updates, but I am still seeing this bug.

rpm -q policycoreutils =  policycoreutils-2.0.78-12.fc12.x86_64

Note the x86_64. Should a new bug be created? since this bug is only i686 (and closed)

Comment 10 Daniel Walsh 2010-02-08 18:52:31 UTC
rpm -q setools-libs-python

Comment 11 J. David Beutel 2010-02-09 05:11:14 UTC
$ rpm -q setools-libs-python
package setools-libs-python is not installed
$ su -
Password:
# yum install setools-libs-python

I'll see if this avoids the problem. Thanks.

Comment 12 Jeff Raber 2010-02-09 07:03:46 UTC
$ rpm -q setools-libs-python
package setools-libs-python is not installed

Looks like a broken dependency problem. See bug 562534 for additional information.
