Can't do anything with this unless you can provide the input TIFF file.

Although this looks like it may be a real bug in libtiff, it's impossible to determine the triggering conditions without seeing the input file.  Closing as INSUFFICIENT_DATA.  Feel free to re-open if you can supply an input file that triggers the same crash.
