$ rpm -q gpm mc
gpm-1.16.0-2
mc-4.5.3-1
$ mc
/usr/bin/mc: error in loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/libgpm.so.1: undefined symbol: stdscr

Recompile the libgpm rpm and reinstall. We will do that (and more)
in Raw Hide soon ...

the problem persists:
$ rpm -q gpm mc
gpm-1.17.2-2
mc-4.5.6-2
$ mc
/usr/bin/mc: error in loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/libgpm.so.1:
undefined symbol: stdscr

There is obviously a mixup of libs on your system. This is going to
get fixed as more of rawhide matures.
