Description of problem:
The refresh functionality that is provided by default in the menu bar which can be set to refresh every 1 minute or 5 minutes or 10 minutes is not working. When select the refresh, nothing happens.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install New iManage build #105.
2. On the top right hand corner click on the refresh button.
3. Now select any of the one that say Refresh every 1 min/5 min/10 min.
  
Actual results:
The refresh cycle does not get selected and do not refresh.

Expected results:
Selected refresh cycle should be checked and the page should get refreshed accordingly.
