Description Christopher Beland 2009-12-26 04:47:06 UTC
In "Edit -> Preferences -> Mail Accounts", I changed my gmail account from POP to IMAP by changing "Server Type" and "Server" on the Receiving Email tab. After closing the account manager, the account did not appear in the list of accounts in the left-hand pane of the main Evolution window (as I would have expected). I *was* asked for the password to the new server, which I supplied.

After restarting Evolution the account appears as expected, but there was no notification that a restart was necessary.

Version: evolution-2.28.2-1.fc12.i686
