Description of problem:
rubber (an automated system for building latex documents) doesn't depend on latex !

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rubber-1.1-6.fc12.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install rubber
2.Try to use it to compile a latex document
3.No latex found !
  
Actual results:
Installing rubber doesn't bring latex

Expected results:
rubber should depend on latex

Additional info:
rubber should depend on the following packages (based on the programs it requires):
texlive
texlive-latex
texlive-dvips
dvipdfm
