Description Susi Lehtola 2009-12-31 12:08:27 UTC
Sympy duplicates the python library 'mpmath'. This is against Fedora guidelines, unless an exception has been obtained from FESCo.

mpmath must be removed from the sympy package and sympy must be patched to use the python-mpmath package, instead.

Comment 1 Conrad Meyer 2010-02-15 14:50:20 UTC
I've patched around this and remove the mpmath directories in %prep. I've done some minimal testing with the pidigits.py example (which uses mpmath) and it seems to work fine.
