Description of problem: Digital clock settings/General/Use holiday region dropdown is empty. It is supposed to show all the holidays that are defined by libkholiday. As a result it is not possible to select a holiday and they are not shown in the calendar. Kontact's Calendar is showing holidays correctly in the calendar and gives you the ability to select one in the settings.
