Is this reproducible? If so, would you mind trying 0.10.10 which is available in updates-testing?
Created attachment 382287 [details] ChemDraw .cdx sample file The issue is reproducible. Attached is a sample .cdx file that causes the crash. A couple .cdx files like this cause the crash, while most do not. Will try 0.10.10 to see if the issue is still present.
The crash still occurs with gnome-chemistry-utils-0.10.10-1.fc12.i686.rpm. Same issue - file momentarily opens for 2-3 sec with structures evident, then program crashes.
