Description of problem:

Name of the Kickstart Profile is missing from the header on the Kickstart Profile -> Software -> Package Profile page (https://host.name/rhn/kickstart/KickstartPackageProfileEdit.do?ksid=##).

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pull up a Kickstart Profile
2. Click on Software
3. Click on Package Profile
  
Actual results:

You get the header "Kickstart:"

Expected results:

You should get the header "Kickstart: Profile_name"
