Expected results: X server restart after a black screen for few seconds with the mouse cursor. Additional info: If i add wires the software don't crash. I don't use compiz, but the standard option from desktop effects.
I can't reproduce the problem. May be it's specific to x86_64 ? The best is to report it upstream : http://qucs.sourceforge.net/
I use x86_64. This problem appeared after update from F11 to F12. I installed new F12, installed QUCS from RPM and built from source. I download Fedora 12 Electronic Lab LiveDVD 64-bit, boot it on all home computers (AMD G690, AMD G760, Intel P965), and I always had this bug. >X server restart after a black screen X server crashes screen 1 (F1), and restarts on screen 7 (F7). Help.
Same answer. I don't have x86_64 so try to report it upstream.
AMD solved my problem. After installation Catalyst 10.4 bug disappeared. It's not bug of QUCS, it's bug of xorg. It's so bad that we are not listened to here.
