Description of problem:
GtkLabel can not show text correctly with an empty PangoAttrList

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gtk2-2.19.3-1.fc13.i686
pygtk2-2.17.0-3.fc13.i686
pango-1.26.1-1.fc13.i686

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. python label.py
2. click 'Random Attributes' button
3. click 'Empty Attributes' button
  
Actual results:
No changes, when an empty attributes are setted

Expected results:
Restore label to initial state.

I believe this was fixed with the fix for https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=607217
