1. Start compiz.
2. Use Vinagre to connect a remote desktop in full screen mode.
3. Move mouse to top of the screen.
4. The bar does not show up.

Comment 1 Bug Zapper 2010-03-15 14:05:10 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 13 development cycle.
Changing version to '13'.

The same happens with vinagre-2.31.4-1.fc14.x86_64

Comment 3 nightwalk 2011-01-13 03:15:26 UTC
As near as I can tell, this is a side effect of compiz' edge shortcut support. Compiz receives the mouse movements and clicks when the mouse enters the top-center portion of the screen, and that makes the vinagre bar inaccessible.

(Remmina/grdc has the same problem when compiz is running)

Comment 4 Sergio Pascual 2011-06-09 22:44:48 UTC
Works for me in Fedora 15

Comment 5 Paolo Bonzini 2011-12-05 09:43:20 UTC
Works with GNOME3, let's close.
