Conky is an Audacious client and should use the audclient.pc pkgconfig file instead of audacious.pc (the latter is for plugins). If Conky continues with using audacious.pc, it will fail to build, as audacious.pc no longer adds -laudclient to the linker args.

Fixed in conky-1.7.2-2.fc13.
