Description of problem:
After upgrade from Seawolf (with junkbuster build from downloaded
junkbuster-2.0.2-8.src.rpm) to Enigma, junkbuster silently dies leaving
lock file /var/lock/subsys/junkbuster.

How reproducible:
Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Upgrade from Seawolf + junkbuster-2.0.2-8 to Enigma

Actual Results:  Junkbuster dies with no warning message leaving lock file:

  [root@tabb0 rc.d]# service junkbuster status
  junkbuster dead but subsys locked

Expected Results:  Junkbuster installation should check for existing
files and set ownership to junkbust.junkbust

Additional info:

Running from command line gave error message:
[root@tabb0 junkbuster]# su - junkbust
bash-2.05$ /bin/pwd
/etc/junkbuster
bash-2.05$ /usr/sbin/junkbuster /etc/junkbuster/config
/usr/sbin/junkbuster: can't open logfile '/var/log/junkbuster/junkbuster':
Permission denied
Segmentation fault
bash-2.05$ ll /var/log/junkbuster/junkbuster
total 2
-rw-rw-r--    1 nobody   nobody          0 Nov  2 18:37 junkbuster
-rw-rw-r--    1 nobody   nobody         33 Nov  3 05:03 junkbuster.1.gz
-rw-rw-r--    1 nobody   nobody         33 Oct 21 05:34 junkbuster.2.gz

As root:
[root@tabb0 junkbuster]# ll -d /var/log/junkbuster/
drwxr--r--    2 junkbust junkbust     1024 Nov  2 18:37 /var/log/junkbuster/
[root@tabb0 junkbuster]# chown -R junkbust.junkbust /var/log/junkbuster/

Junkbuster now runs OK.
