Description of problem:
When a kickstart profile is created, Cobbler immediately adds a PXE menu option to select it.

When the profile is deleted, Cobbler does not remove this menu option until Cobbler sync is manually run.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Cobbler 1.6.6-3.el5sat

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a kickstart profile
2. Remove kickstart profile
  
Actual results:
PXE menu option for the removed profile remains.

Expected results:
PXE menu option for the removed profile should be removed when the profile is deleted from the WebUI.
