Can you please report this upstream to https://bugs.kde.org/ ? (DrKonqi, the default crash handler for KDE applications, can do that for you.)
I spend quiet some time to use abrt instead of DrKonqi. DrKonqi did not seem to be able to fetch the required debuginfo packages. Reported the bug upstream at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=223759 but I am afraid I will not have much time to compile myself in the next month.
I have built a package with the patch attached upstream and think this fixes the problem. Can you push it to F12?
The patch is at http://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=40425 and linked from https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220343#c17 Sorry for the spam.
