Are you currently using the python-xlib package available in updates-testing?

now it wont to save results. click on taskbar icon 4 times. make first two click to start record and open save video dialog. 3 and 4 clics for to get broken icon.
I'm sorry I can't understand your comment clearly. But I tried the app myself and it appears that there is a new problem. When I first start istanbul, I can make a screencast without a problem, and save it. If I then start a second screencast, upon stopping it the save function appears to hang. Is this the problem you are reporting?
that's true. but do it faster. 1sec for two clicks. maybe that is another bug, not related to this report.
