Description of problem:
'Resources' and 'Groups' menu looks far away then its real position

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1) Log in to iManage 

2) Click on Overview and then Dashboard

3) Click on 'Resources' or 'Dashboard'

  
Actual results:
'Resources' and 'Groups' menu looks far away then its real position
.

Expected results:
'Resources' and 'Groups' menu should be display properly with all its sub menu.

This is a side effect of upgrading the richfaces controls

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

Fixed with the latest upgrade in the rich edit controls.
