Description Dan Kenigsberg 2010-01-25 13:26:06 UTC
Created attachment 386613 [details]
stderr of the hung X

Description of problem:
X hangs when I change (back?) usb kvm to my machine. X cries about segmentation fault (see attached) and would not die without kill -9.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.7.4-1.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
on my setup, about a third of the times that I change kvm ports.

Comment 3 Dan Kenigsberg 2010-01-25 21:20:58 UTC
this bug may well be a duplicate of bug 540584, but if so, it persists with xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.7.4-1.fc12.x86_64.

Comment 4 John Villalovos 2010-01-25 21:39:21 UTC
That is because it was fixed in:
xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.7.4-3.fc12

See Bug 540584 and the 49th comment.
