Description of problem:
Messages marked as read become marked as unread again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 12
thunderbird-3.0.1-1.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Mark Folders as Read
3. Messages all eventually become unread

Upstream Bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=540554
setting mail.server.default.use_condstore to false appears to work around it.

This is a dupe of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=558580; same upstream bug was linked in each as well, just didn't manage to find it the first time I searched. Closing.
