It looks like we will need to add the flags2 parameter to e1000e for 5.3.z. Created attachment 389842 [details]

Proposed patch against rhel5.3.z. I should have testing feedback shortly.
I verified this against 2.6.18-128.13.1.el5. in 2.6.18-128.14.1.el5 An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report.
