Description of problem:

Using the Overview->Subsystem->Alert Definitions page, it is easy to remove alert definitions from multiple resources. It would be nice if you could enable/disable alert definitions in a similar manner, so you didn't have to go to all the Resources' pages manually.

PoC patch

This is a naive implementation done by copying the existing method to remove definitions twice, once to enable and once to disable. It obviously could do with some refactoring to share code.

This bug has now been triaged by Chainsaw on 2/18. The expectation is the bug to be addressed by the end of sprint06 roughly 3/10/10.

Verified on master build# 133. (Revision: f2ad7ab6e9532e4869f4373712fcbc0c04f8618)

On Overview->Subsystem->Alert Definitions screen, two buttons 'Enable Selected' and 'Disable Selected' are visible.

User is able to enable/disable single or multiple alert definitions from multiple resources.
