Description of problem:
paktype-fonts contains two separate fonts families: Naqsh and Tehreer.
They should be in separate packages.

Our tarball is also out of date: hope we can move to version 3.0 or later
at the same time.

splitted this into paktype-tehreer-fonts and paktype-naqsh-fonts with the updated upstream tarball

built for rawhide
paktype-fonts is not retired package
