'rmmod usbnet' hangs

How reproducible:
reproducible on demand for an x3650M2 with an IMM

Login and run 'rmmod usbnet'

Actual results:
rmmod hangs, spinning at 100% cpu

Max Asbock with IBM verified the following patch addresses the problem:
http://lkml.indiana.edu/hypermail/linux/kernel/0505.0/0855.html

netdump with the x3650M2's is broken, so I cannot acquire a vmcore. It
requires the patch mentioned in another issue tracker case. As I
understand it Red Hat has an x3650M2, so you should be able to verify it
on that server.

**NOTES**

I have a reproducer setup at root.rdu.redhat.com.

Removing the 'usbnet' module will cause the CPU to pike at 100% but you
can still ssh into the machine.
