This bug will remain a tracker. Anything missing commits found will have new bugs written for them.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.  Product Management has
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
deployed products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in
a release.

So far there wasn't  many (if any) problems in dom0 that required a back-port from bare-metal kernel to fix it. It tells that dom0 is in a pretty stable state and sufficient for tasks executed on it or nobody uses it.
In either case this late in xen life cycle it better to fix problems when they arise and don't risk stability.
