Not sure what, though -- Samba has a logotype, but not a pictorial logo which would lend itself to being used in an icon IMO. Jakub?
While it's not a particularly strong identity, I haven't got a better proposal. I'll look into it.

I see no trademark issues with this new icon, lifting FE-Legal.
Fixed in system-config-samba-1.2.91-1.fc15.
