Description of problem: The chessboard is not displayed after hiding all the side panels in the Sidepanels dialog and then hiding the side panel from the View menu. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): pychess-0.10-0.1.20100203svn.fc12.noarch How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Remove .pychessconf and .pychess/ 2. Start pychess. 3. Start game, but don't make any moves. 4. Open Settings:Preferences:Sidepanels and uncheck all panels. Close. 5. Uncheck View:Show Sidepanels. Actual results: The chessboard is not displayed. The forward and backward buttons are displayed. The chessboard cannot be restored by checking everything that was unchecked. Starting a new game (in the same session) results in another blank region where a chessboard is expected. Expected results: The chessboard is displayed. There is minor anomaly: Open Settings:Preferences:Sidepanels and uncheck all panels. Close. When View:Show Sidepanels is checked and unchecked, the chessboard changes size very slightly. More seriously, the settings are not correctly restored upon restarting pychess (without first removing .pychessconf). Will open another bug.
pychess-0.10-0.3.20100214svn.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
