Description of problem:
When I open the updates window and press the button to install all updates the update fails with an error message:

This bug, bug 563984, and bug 556007 all refer to the same problem that originated with the splitting of package "transmission" discussed in bug 550976. Looks like the fix will require some tweaking of RPM metadata.
