After updating to KDE4.4 I had a menu entry for "ExpoBlending" (from the kipi-plugins) packages that shows that an executable is missing.

This fix will be rolled into the next update for F-11,F-12  (ie, I wont be issuing an update there just for this).

kipi-plugins-1.1.0-2.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with
