Looks like kde4-config --libsuffix is no longer working? I suspect your removing the -DLIB_SUFFIX from the %cmake_kde4 macro to have caused this regression.

This should be fixed by kdelibs-4.4.0-7.fc13 which I'm rebuilding against kde-filesystem-4-35.
