This is fixed in current upstream thanks to the kdewin team: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=revision&revision=1025920 so my plan is to fix this by updating to 2.2.0-beta1.
Fixed for Rawhide in 2.2.0-0.2.beta1.fc14, updates for F11, F12 and F13 now building.
